The item is very badly built. If you were given a saw and wood, you would build much better even if you do not have any woodcutting skills. There are a lot of cracks all over wooded components. The only good thing about this foundation is easy to assemble and fast shipping

The assembly instructions were poor but fortunately it was easy to figure out. Simple design and lightweight. The one thing I would change is to make the cover fit better.

It was pretty easy to put together, once I figured out how to read the directions. It was my fault I didn't look at both pictures before I ordered the foundation. I would have just used my old one had I known it would be almost exactly the same thing. It's light weight, though, and easy to manage.
