I ordered this product via Amazon.com, received it on time but when I opened the package, the instructions were in Portuguese and only in Portuguese. Therefore I could not figure out how to inflate it safely (I have heard stories about airbeds exploding). Thinking that this was obviously a mistake, I contacted Amazon Customer Service right away and they basically told me to figure it out myself by contacting the manufacturer. No phone number, no contact information, nothing other than "I cannot help you". I then decided to contact the Customer Service department over the phone where the nicest lady helped me out and sent me a link with the instructions in English! Finally! I still had to print them out myself but at least I was able to use the airbed. So yes, this is a good product.
