Has potential, but plagued with quality issues and customer service is poor, October 14, 2010 By This review is from: AeroBed Premier Cushioned Comfort Queen Bed (Kitchen) We purchased this "top of the line" aerobed queen at over $200 to replace a $30 coleman air mattress that worked well, but was a twin. Well the coleman never leaked, but this aerobed leaked right out of the box. The leak was not apparent, but when trying to sleep on the mattress you need to re-inflate it twice during the night or end up on the bottom.
Called aerobed customer service and was told leaking from the 'woosh' valve was a common problem and told to remove and soak the silicone gasket in the release valve with warm water following a specific procedure. This fix did not work. After 2 more phone calls I was told I must send in a copy of the receipt to receive instructions on replacement. 8 days later, after follow up emails from me I finally received instructions to cut out a section of the bed and send it to them to receive a replacement.
This bed would be nice if it worked (it was comfortable for about an hour), but after checking several other... Read more

I ordered this bed to use as a 2nd airbed so I did have to transfer my original AeroBed back and forth between two locations almost every day.
I love this new bed... It has an Auto-inflate switch. This makes setup even easier. Just a flip of a switch and 90 seconds later it's done. Also, it has an improved Swoosh- Cap that makes the deflation of the bed super quick and easy. I recommend this bed to anyone who needs a high quality airbed that is so comfortable that I actually forgot that I was sleeping on an airbed and woke up refreshed over and over again... Also, if you need it softer or firmer there is a handy remote control that fits its own storage pocket (on the side of the bed) during storage. I am really surprised how nice this bed really is.
